Our craft is the part you never taste. Micro-oil technology lets us give chocolate a purpose without changing a thing about the chocolate.

We start where every great bar starts: carefully selected cocoa, worked by Italian chocolatiers with patience and precision. Seventy per cent cocoa gives it depth, a clean snap and a slow, smooth melt. We added purpose. We took nothing away.
